my very first stop in Sydney was Bills. known for its corn fritters and roasted tomatoes, i gave this dish a shot.
honestly, the first 3-4 bites were yummy as but afterwards, it got a bit too much. probably because i dont really have a sweet-loving palette. but nonetheless, i can actually taste the freshness and finally understand what they meant on Masterchef!
all in all, it was an enjoyable brunch indeed!
