a friend of mine was kind enough to grace me with home made kimchi! yep, she made those fermented cabbages themselves and shared them with me. and since i also have been getting into Korean rice lately, i thought “why not combine the two?!” – Korean rice is has plump short grains. they are more succulent and chewy compared to their ‘regular’ jasmine counterpart.
i decided to made the simplest form of korean food by combining the two above. and topped them off with some omelette :)
perfect with a mug of warm tea for the perfect night in in fornt of the tv :)
